Ingredients

One capsule per serving. Provides 75 mg ferrous glycinate, equivalent to 15 mg iron, together with 200 mcg 5-MTHF, vitamin B12, vitamin C, FOS and casein phosphopeptides. Contains milk.

Four softgels per serving. Provides 800 mg calcium from Aquamin® seaweed powder, plus magnesium glycinate, vitamin K2 (MK-7), zinc, copper and vitamin D3.

The iron formula contains 75 mg ferrous glycinate per capsule, equivalent to 15 mg elemental iron. The label separates the source compound amount from the equivalent iron amount.

Each iron capsule contains 0.24 mg Magnafolate® levomefolic acid, equivalent to 200 mcg 5-MTHF.

Each four-softgel serving provides 800 mg calcium sourced from Aquamin® seaweed powder.

The algae calcium formula provides vitamin D3 15 mcg (600 IU) and vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 40 mcg per four-softgel serving.

Each iron capsule provides vitamin B12 1 mcg and vitamin C 50 mg.

Each algae calcium serving provides magnesium 24 mg as magnesium glycinate, zinc 2 mg as zinc oxide and copper 0.13 mg as copper gluconate.

Iron capsules list encapsulating aids and colouring and contain milk. Calcium softgels list olive oil, gelatin, glycerol, purified water, titanium dioxide and beeswax.
