One capsule provides 15 mg elemental iron from 75 mg ferrous glycinate, plus 200 mcg 5-MTHF, vitamin B12, vitamin C, FOS and CPP.

How many iron servings are in one container?

There are 60 servings per container, with one capsule per serving. The iron product contains milk.

What does one calcium serving contain?

Four softgels provide 800 mg calcium from Aquamin® seaweed powder, plus magnesium, vitamin K2, zinc, copper and 15 mcg (600 IU) vitamin D3.

How many calcium servings are in one container?

There are 25 servings per container, with four softgels per serving.
